During the General Meeting in November 2008 in São Paulo, Brazil, the IEC held a workshop on Electrical Energy Efficiency. Primarily aimed at countries participating in the Affiliate Country Programme, the event brought together delegates from 27 countries from Africa, Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas.
